Cream Cheese Pie (no-bake cheesecake)

Ingredients:

2 Packs Cream Cheese (softened)

1 Small container Cool Whip

1 – 2 tsp Vanilla

5 Packets Truvia

Graham cracker crust

Method:

Hand mix all ingredients together, then scrape into Graham Cracker Crust and refrigerate until stiffened. Should be a little softer than regular cheese cake, but tastes the same. Spoon blueberry compote on top to add flavor.
