Homemade Yogurt

Ingredients:

2 cups 2% milk (works with almost any kind of milk; even soy, almond, rice, etc.)

1 spoonful room temperature yogurt

Method:

Boil 2 cups milk in microwave.  Let cool a little until warm, not hot to the touch.  Take skin off top of milk.  Stir in a spoonful of yogurt.  Pour into small jars and cover with plastic wrap.  Put in warm place and let stand overnight. Refrigerate when the consistency of store-bought yogurt.

Expiration Date:

Good for about 3-4 days if poured into small individual containers. If one big container used, doesn’t last as long.
