Gingerbread Tree

Just need star shaped gingerbread cookies and some icing that hardens. Might be able to sell to-go by having a cardboard box that’s sides fold open. And so it doesn’t fall apart, stick a bamboo skewer through the middle. Via novice-baker.blogspot.com.
