gluten-free, grain-free, casein-free
For 2 loaves:
Add to bowl:
4 mashed bananas
8 room temp eggs (cold eggs will harden the coconut oil)
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup coconut sugar
6 tbs liquified coconut oil or ghee
1/2 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder (Grain-free Baking Powder Recipe)
1 cup chopped walnuts
6 tbs liquified coconut oil or ghee
1/2 tsp vanilla liquid stevia
1 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder (Grain-free Baking Powder Recipe)
1 cup chopped walnuts
Beat with electric mixer.
Line the bottom of two loaf pans with unbleached parchment paper, then grease the paper and the walls.
Divide the batter into the pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes
