Heat the oil over medium on the stove top. Combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, egg, and beer into a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Coat the cauliflower and jalapeƱo slices in the beer batter. Fry until golden brown and crispy. While hot, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Stir together the honey and the sriracha, then drizzle over the cauliflower and jalapeƱos.
Serve hot with a side of your favorite dipping sauce or dressing, like Green Tomato Aioli...
